People like to do business with people they like. Brian clearly states the case I presented in Baltimore.
It is critical that people will come to know you and like you before they will ever trust you. That is the very power of using social media marketing and the various social media platforms.
You must be authentic and transparent. As Coach Deb Micek says: "There is no line between business and personal anymore."
